Consider asking for a room away from the social areas to enjoy peaceful mornings, as music can start early outside the rooms.

Central Location, Beautiful Views of the Plaza, Elegant Dining Options
Check-in could use a speed boost!!! A bar in such a stunning lobby should not feel remote and uninviting!!! The limited hours for food services need revisiting!!!

Our stay was wonderful, especially enjoying the lovely breakfast and the breathtaking view from our room. The relaxation options like the steam room and public bath made it feel like a mini getaway. One little hiccup was the parking situation, as it’s best to reserve a spot ahead of time, but overall, we can't wait to come back! 😊

The risotto at Gure Bar was an absolute game-changer! I also loved the cozy vibes at the hotel's bar/lounge area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Plus, the staff really made us feel at home.
Had a cheeky giggle as I could hear my neighbors' banter—definitely not what I expected! Oh, and charging my gadgets was a puzzle with just a USB socket available.

We enjoyed our stay while visiting the stunning Arriaga Theater, which is just a short walk away. The central location made exploring Bilbao a breeze, and the rooms were exceptionally comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, adding to our pleasant experience.
In my wife’s opinion, the lack of a kids' area or activities was a downside.

Great location with comfy vibes
I stayed for 4 nights in a single room and the location was spot on! It was easy to walk to shops and spots like the Guggenheim. Staff was super nice, especially at breakfast, which was good but a bit pricey. My only complaint? The bathroom needed some fixing up. Still, overall it was a nice stay!

The room was spacious and classy, definitely enjoyed that! It had a big comfortable bed and stylish decor that felt luxurious. The windows were soundproof, so it was nice and quiet at night. Still, I wish there was more in the minibar—just felt a little bare. Overall, super comfy and a great place to unwind after exploring the city.

A few more handrails would enhance safety for seniors.

The hotel boasts a prime central location, putting you steps away from bus stops and the metro, which is perfect for exploring. The room's spaciousness and premium amenities offer a comfort that helps you recharge after a day's adventures.
A few quirks detracted from the experience. The lack of an accessible route to the restaurant, requiring two flights of stairs, poses a real hassle for anyone with mobility issues. Breakfast could use a bit of an upgrade. serving cold eggs on demand feels outdated. Noise levels from nearby guests and street traffic can be bothersome, interrupting that tranquil hotel vibe you hope for.
